• Take I-95 South into Massachusetts to Exit 7A, Mansfield, Route 140 South.
• Note: to avoid "rush hour traffic" you can take I-495 South from I-95 after crossing the New Hampshire - Massachusetts border, then follow New Hampshire directions below. This adds 20 miles of driving but can save a great deal of time.
• Follow to the second light and turn right into Cabot Business Park.
• You will be on Forbes Blvd.
• Pass through one set of lights, and then take your second right onto Oxford Road.
• New England Controls is the first building on the right.

• Take I-93 South to I-495 South.
• Take I-495 South (Exit 13A) to I-95 North
• Take I-95 North to Exit 7A (1st exit you come to), Route 140 South, Mansfield.
• Follow to the second light and turn right into Cabot Business Park.
• You will be on Forbes Blvd.
• Pass through one set of lights, and then take your second right onto Oxford Road.
• New England Controls is the first building on the right.

• Take the Ted Williams Tunnel out of the airport ($3.00 toll).
• Follow the signs to I-93 South.
• Take I-93 South to I-95 south. (Approximate driving time 30-35 minutes.)
• Take I-95 south to Exit 7A, Mansfield, Route 140 South.
• Follow to the second light and turn right into Cabot Business Park.
