Meet Our Executives

Tom Ramundo – President

Thomas Ramundo has been intimately involved with New England Controls even before he became President in 2005. He joined New England Controls in 1996 as Manager for Fisher-Rosemount Systems. Tom also served as Vice President from 2000 to 2005. Prior to this, Tom worked for Johnson-Yokogawa, managing the New York-New Jersey area.

Tom’s vision for the company has taken New England Controls into new and exciting markets and industries.

Under Tom’s leadership, the organization has seen tremendous growth in the last couple of years and currently has close to 150 employees.

Alan Sarto – Controller

Alan Sarto, Controller, joined New England Controls in 1997. He graduated from Stonehill College and earned his MBA from Bentley College. Since joining New England Controls, Alan has supported the growth of New England Controls by providing financial leadership and direction during the acquisition of two companies, the increase in employees from 35 to over 140, and the addition of several facilities. Alan is a key member of the management team that sets the strategic vision, initiatives and direction of the company.

Ed Browne – Vice President of Sales

Ed Browne, Vice President of Sales, joined New England Controls in 1998 as an account manager and has held numerous assignments at New England Controls. Prior to joining New England Controls, Ed was Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a northeast-based industrial controls distributor. Ed has his Bachelors in Engineering from Steven’s Institute of Technology, and his MBA from Rutgers University.

Tim Alosi – Vice President of Operations Management & Intelligence

Tim Alosi graduated from MIT with a BS in Chemical Engineering in 1990 and spent three years with Emerson Process Management in Austin, TX before he relocated to the New England area. He has been with New England Controls since 1993 and is currently Vice President - Operations Management & Intelligence, New England Controls’ Data Management and MES organization. Tim’s passion is driving operational improvements through effective use of technology. He has been a visionary in the Process Controls world and manages and participates in several Process Control and MES social networking websites.

Denny Edwards – Vice President of Engineering

Dennis Edwards, Vice President, Engineering, completed his undergraduate engineering degree from University of Toledo, and his MBA from the University of Tennessee. Prior to taking on this assignment, Denny has been very active with New England Controls for over ten years in his capacity as President of GFS Computing. Denny has held roles as Engineering Director, Johnson Yokogawa, Industry Manager, Life Sciences, Johnson Yokogawa as well as Principal Engineer for Nabisco Foods.

John Murray – Director of Operations

John Murray, Director of Operations, joined New England Controls in 2004. John is a graduate of University of Dayton (Business Administration) and Southern New Hampshire University (MBA). John founded an industrial controls rep firm at age 28 and ran it for 15 years until it was sold. He then worked for both a dot-com business and finally The Fitch Company (a controls engineering firm) before coming to New England Controls.
