Groton Biosystems & New England Controls announce a  collaboration to meet the bioprocess demand  for Automated Bioreactor Data Collection and Feedback Control with Reporting, Visualization and Analysis

Groton Biosystems is pleased to announce they have partnered with New England Controls, a local business partner for Emerson Process Management, in order to provide a complete solution for automated data collection, data reporting and feedback control for all types of bioreactors and fermentors.

This collaboration will allow New England Controls' Operations Maintenance & Intelligence (OM&I) team to support the automation requirements associated with Groton’s ARS-M Series of automated online bioreactor samplers. Groton’s ARS-M Series, paired with New England Controls' expertise in a wide array of process automation and information management solutions, will revolutionize standard operating procedures in the lab.

This collaboration allows integrated automated sampling with closed loop feedback control for OPC and non-OPC Process Control Systems (PCS); on demand sampling and calibration by integrating remote demand and calendar scheduling in the Process Control System; provides event notification via email, text or phone message; and offers reporting, visualization and analysis of the data collected with ARS for Historical Trending and Graphical Displays, and Data Analysis for batch-to-batch comparisons.
