Our technicians are fully trained and certified by Fisher and Emerson Instrument and Valve services to OEM standards. We can support your control valve maintenance and repair needs in our shop or at your plant.

Our local shops in Shrewsbury, Massachusetts and Bangor, Maine are fully equipped with the machining, tooling, and testing equipment necessary to do a repair right the first time according the to the manufacturer’s standard.

We also have mobile machining trucks that allow on site machining and repair of valve components to support your onsite outage needs for any industry including but not limited to Power Plants, Paper Mills, Specialty Chemical and Biopharmaceutical. We can service all types of control valves including severe service, globe, rotary, Baumann, and butterfly valves.

In addition to traditional repair, we also have access to Fisher’s OEM remanufacturing program – ENCORE – that can be utilized as a tool if a valve is more economical to replace. We have thousands of core valve assemblies that can be remanufactured to Fisher’s standards quickly to meet your needs. A combination of ENCORE and the ability to quick ship new Fisher valves from these facilities can get you almost any type of control valve in an emergency.
